Payment Terms & Conditions

To secure our services and book your production dates, we adhere to the following payment structure:

Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon signing the agreement to secure the project start date. Production planning will not commence until this deposit is received.

Final Balance

The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of the final draft, before the release of the final high-resolution files without watermarks.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect the time of our crew and resources.

• 7 Days Notice: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the shoot will result in a refund of the deposit, minus any incurred pre-production costs.
• Less than 7 Days: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled shoot are subject to a forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling: Projects may be rescheduled once without penalty if notice is given at least 72 hours in advance. Subsequent rescheduling may incur a fee.

Revisions & Edits

We want to ensure you are thrilled with the final product. Our standard agreement includes:

Two Rounds of Revisions

Every project includes two standard rounds of revisions at no extra cost. We encourage clients to consolidate feedback into concise lists to maximize these rounds.

Additional Changes

Any revisions requested beyond the included rounds, or changes that contradict previously approved storyboards/scripts, will be billed at our standard hourly editing rate.

Intellectual Property & Usage

Understanding who owns the footage is crucial for your brand's security.

Client Ownership

Upon final payment, the client is granted a perpetual, worldwide license to use the final video product for the purposes agreed upon (e.g., web, broadcast, social media).

Northzero Productions Rights

Northzero Productions retains the right to use the final content for promotional purposes (portfolio, showreel, social media) unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been signed prior to production.

Raw Footage

Raw footage (unedited camera files) is not included in standard packages but can be purchased for an additional fee if requested.
